Mandy believes that happiness is the product of being authentic with one’s self. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Mandy oversees the entirety of YOT. She works closely with both the Senior and Junior Management teams to ensure the maintenance of members, provide an order of operations, and ensure dates and professionalism is being met at all times. Mandy works closely with both her Senior and Junior Management teams to ensure Youth of Tomorrow is presented with it’s fullest potential. Aside from her professional life, you can find Mandy working on her small business or trying the newest cafes.

As one of the Directors of Human Resources, Keiran is responsible for overseeing all managerial positions, encouraging the personal and professional growth of each member, and handling any conflicts within YOT that may arise. He strives to educate and motivate fellow students—inside and outside of YOT—to become the new budding leaders of tomorrow. In his spare time, he enjoys creating art and volunteering his time in the community.

Lucas believes the backbone of a successful body of intellectuals is a rigid and robust chain of command, where reward and punishment are defined clearly. As the human resources director, Lucas is responsible for maintaining an efficient but enjoyable environment for those affiliated with Youth of Tomorrow. A focus that Lucas has this term is the development and growth of each individual within our organization. Lucas is attracted to contentious topics that are relevant to his age group, he enjoys exploring the various viewpoints that often accompany these topics.

As the Director of Community Relations, Lloyd looks to strengthen and create new relationships with the community. He sees Youth of Tomorrow as a great opportunity for him to branch out and connect with others, all while creating a meaningful impact. This year, he plans to lead and execute many events and opportunities for YOT. Lloyd often enjoys boxing, playing basketball, and listening to music in his free time.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, Nicole oversees everything in the marketing department. She is responsible for delegating tasks, creating designs, and coming up with innovative ideas that will improve YOT’s professional image. Nicole sparked her interest into joining YOT because she feels it was a great way to grow professionally and personally. She looks forward to networking with businesses in the community and creating lifelong memories with the team. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys playing volleyball and painting!

As someone who enjoys giving back and providing new opportunities — it is one of the main reasons why she joined.
